If a tool is faulty, we supply a courtesy tool as quickly as possible: Our large warehouse holds many basic modules, which can be quickly modified to suit the task at hand. This keeps the interruption in production to an absolute minimum until we are able to supply our customers with the necessary spare part. 

Of course, we can supply smaller spare parts immediately.
